Details:

Mindfulness Think-Tanks incorporate deep listening, targeted dialogue, imagining and strategic planning, and integrates perspectives all across a company, to cooperatively strengthen your enterprise, team and collaborative partnerships. From her work with critical incident debriefing and trauma counselling, Kate observes that 95% of them can perhaps be traced back to workplace vulnerabilities that could have been prevented if acknowledged and addressed. Kate designed the Mindfulness Think-Tank Model to help create conscious workplaces, address vulnerabilities and avoid critical incidents — realities and risks that all businesses face, whether they realise it or not.

In this session, she will share some of her learnings, discuss aspects of critical incident debriefs with you, and introduce the Mindfulness Think Tank model. You will participate in a reflective exercise for vulnerabilities or incidents in your business or team, and walk away with awareness of what is a vulnerability, how to recognise it, and insights on what a Mindfulness Think Tank is and how it can help your business. Developing Conscious Culture for Small Business: Putting the Consciousness into Capitalism with Mindjoga™

by Corinna McPherson

Date & Time

TBC – Will be scheduled based on what works best for those enlisted.

Express Interest

Details:

Mindjoga™ is a series of transformational disciplines for the mind which unearths our innate human awareness (or consciousness) currently lost to humanity through societal conditioning. Successful conscious evolution of any business is dependent upon the personal conscious evolution of all stakeholders.

Stress at work, however it presents, is merely an indicator that personal and organisational evolution is needed. When individuals see their workplace start to talk about stress and evolve where it is concerned, they flourish.  Fear subsides and creativity increases.  The business flourishes.

These disciplines help businesses become more conscious by elevating the humanitarian thinking of all stakeholders in a way that enables conscious leadership to be fully understood and accepted. This session discusses how Mindjoga™ helps small businesses to:

  • Crystalise their passion and higher purpose
  • Turn passion into action enabling conscious leadership
  • Bring all stakeholders into the awareness required to have them walk the same conscious path.

Positive Impact: Creating the conditions for your teams and organisation to thrive

by Gauri Maini

Date & Time

28 June 2018
4:00 -5:00 PM AEST

Watch Recording

Details:

This session will cover a framework that provides leaders with a lens to reflect on their thinking styles and how they can intentionally use the insights from this to create the conditions for their teams to thrive and do their best work. The framework is based on the Life Styles Inventory (LSI) which is a diagnostic based on research by Clay Lafferty on what makes leaders effective. It is based on the premise that individuals can intentionally choose to respond to what is presenting in a way that creates well being and fosters creative thinking anchored in unconditional positive regard for self and others. This way of responding can be learnt. Participants will be taken through the framework, drawing from their stories to tease out various thinking styles and the impact of these on self and others.

Attendees who are interested will also be offered an introductory chat to understand what they are wanting to achieve and potential ways to support their agenda.
