Meet our Panelists…

Cath SutherlandCath Sutherland
Cath began her career as a creative director for radio stations throughout Australia, later working in events, public relations and national marketing management. In 2000, Cath established her Perth-based consultancy, now Conscious Business, which specialises in helping businesses become more conscious of who they are, and to understand how ‘being’ who they are is the key to their business success. She is steadfastly committed to her Global Vision: To inspire businesses to stand in their truth, passionately contribute to something greater and collectively nurture our planet. Cath was a foundation member of Conscious Capitalism in Australia and Community Leader for Western Australia from 2013 – 2015.
Jamie RobertsonJamie Robertson
For ten years Jamie worked as the Principal Consultant of a management consulting company specialising in the delivery of strategy development and engagement services to government, the community sector and industry. As the Managing Director of 361 Degrees Stakeholder Engagement Services, Jamie was the first in Western Australia to take a company through the B Corp Certification process. Jamie is currently the Australasian representative on the B Corp Global Standards Advisory Council, the peak international body overseeing the B Corp certification assessment process. He is also a non-Executive Director on several community sector Boards and is currently performing the role of Executive Manager Funding and Community Partnerships with Ruah Community Services.
Bridie RitchieBridie Ritchie
Bridie’s passion for social change has helped build two impactful West Australian social enterprises. Dismantle is a youth-focused not-for-profit using bikes to re-engage at-risk young people. Sprout Ventures’s flagship project, Sprout Hubs, launched in 2013. Sprout Hubs help developers create early community facilities providing opportunities for social connection in new outer-metro communities. After an initial pilot project in Western Australia, Sprout’s operations have expanded to Victoria and New South Wales.With over 5 years working in the budding social enterprise scene of Western Australia, Bridie has worked hard with her co-founders and teams to focus on delivering sustainable outcomes and meaningful impact.
Renae FleggRenae Flegg
Renae Flegg is the leader of Stakeholder engagement at Perth-based technology company, ADAPT by Design. Renae has been with the group of companies that founded ADAPT for over 11 years. Prior to that she held traditional marketing and event coordination roles in Perth and London. ADAPT believes in data-driven stakeholder alignment and provides tools to measure happiness and the health of relationships via its cloud-based platform. The information captured enables the trust, alignment and accountability of organisation and team stakeholders. Renae is passionate about nurturing the ADAPT stakeholder community of like-minded people who are co-innovating and co-creating the ADAPT platform. She recently led the B Corp certification process for ADAPT by Design, now the 4th B Corp in WA.
Renae FleggAleena Varghese
A leading member of the MasterClass Student Committee, Aleena has been instrumental in the development of numerous on-campus events at Murdoch. She has been active in preparing new students as a student mentor, and through the organization of induction events. A diligent Chiropractic student and member of the MasterClass Program, Aleena’s approach to work typifies servant leadership; helping others and consistently finding the time to help both clients and peers grow and reach their potential.
