“Conscious Leadership in a Changing World”
Please join Murdoch University’s MasterClass students once again, this time to explore Conscious Leadership, the third pillar of Conscious Capitalism.
Our modern world and workplaces are characterised by change and complexity. Surrounding social and natural environments, client needs, strategic objectives, technologies and organisational fortunes all change rapidly in unpredictable ways. Yet amidst this turbulence conscious decision-makers need to provide sound leadership and create organisations that serve the people in them and the world around them. How can this be done?
Conscious Leadership in a Changing World will be a stimulating discussion between local professionals and student scholars, exploring how we can grow, thrive and lead in a turbulent world. How can we rapidly sense and respond to change, ensuring our organisations remain relevant and valuable? How can we understand and meet the diverse needs of those around us, and why does it matter?
Join Ashley, Sally and Stewart as they share their leadership insights. And bring your own questions, ideas, a heaping serve of curiosity…and a friend or colleague to spread the word!
