Kristy heads up Marque’s corporate/M&A practice. She’s a B-Corp enthusiast who smashes every corporate deal and the accompanying jargon with a quietly confident smile. Kristy is forever young – she hangs out at live music gigs and gets the bouncers to check her ID. She has enviable biceps thanks to her regular kickboxing and the loveliest dog that she occasionally brings to the office.

Dimity founded Barasa Consulting Group to work with small to medium sized enterprises to identify and bring to life their noble purpose and core values, resulting in higher levels of engagement, collaborative cultures, and aligned business systems, strategy, practices, and operation. She has worked for over 15 years delivering values-based leadership and culture initiatives, sustainability programs, and learning experiences for not for profits, change makers, social enterprises, small and large businesses, health institutions, financial institutions, government agencies, educational institutions. She holds a doctorate in Education for Sustainability, is a certified WeValue facilitator, and completed Master Classes in Action Learning and Culture Mapping.

Rob Pyne, Realizer
Rob Pyne is the founder of Realizer, a training and development company that specializes in Decision-Making, Management, Productivity and Team-building. Realizer’s purpose is “to help the world make better decisions,” which we do through group training, 1:1 coaching and team-building. Rob has an interest in decision-making in the Conscious Capitalism framework, and also in for-purpose business. Realizer has worked with Stile Education, 3P Learning, AFL Media, The ABC, redkite, Barnardo’s, CanToo, Hoyts.
